After-sales Service Policies

1. Scope of Coverage

This policy applies to our Next generation nicotine product purchased via authorised channels of NextGen Lab. It covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use. Consumables and parts exposed to routine wear are excluded.


2. Warranty Period

Standard products are covered under warranty for 365 days from the date of manufacture. Some devices may have extended coverage—please refer to the product-specific documentation.


3. How to Submit a Claim

Please submit your request through our After-Sales Support portal or email support@nextgenlab.com. Include: your order number, product batch/serial number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video. We will respond within2 business days.


4. What’s NOT Covered

The warranty doesnot apply to:

Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification or repair.

Consumables such as pods/cartridges, filters, batteries, or naturally wearing parts.

Products purchased through non-authorised channels or lacking valid proof of purchase.


5. Return, Replacement & Shipping

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product or shipping a replacement. Unless otherwise specified, the shipping cost for returning faulty items must be borne by the buyer; NextGen Lab will cover the cost of sending the replacement.


6. Policy Changes & Interpretation Rights

NextGen Lab reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. The latest version published on our website shall apply.
